Fall Minis, Part 1 ~ Lake County, IL Portrait Photographer

Wow! What a fun, exhausting, nerve-wracking, inspiring, and all around GREAT weekend! I met up with five, count 'em, FIVE families this weekend for a whirl-wind mini-session extravaganza! Although the weather was not ideal, and we even had to reschedule most of Saturday's sessions, we got lucky enough to miss most of the rain on Sunday.

Going into my first ever mini-session weekend, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was fast-paced, with almost all of the kiddos being under the age of five, and it was tiring. But with a beautiful location like Independence Grove in Libertyville and all that exuberant preschool energy, what it was mostly was F-U-N, fun!
